At a Glance: I currently work as a research engineer in the Advanced Concepts Laboratory within the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI). I actively participate in developing advanced wireless systems by contributing my expertise in antennas, RF electronics, feed networks, hardware development/integration, and packaging. As part of the research faculty at Georgia Tech (GT), I also actively form research teams, write research proposals, investigate disruptive ideas with internal research and development (IRAD) funding, and disseminate those ideas that solve challenging problems. My current research interests are summarized below:
Reconfigurable RF components for cognitive and robust wireless systems
Phased arrays and high efficiency power dividing/combining feed networks Meta-heuristics to systematically solve extreme electromagnetic challenges |
Additive manufacturing to enable unprecedented antenna capabilities
High performance antenna systems for highly constrained terrestrial and space platforms Integration of advanced materials to realize unconventional devices |
